The Well-Planned Transfer of America's Technology to China

Retired professor emeritus (Amherst), Richard Wolff, states that the transfer of America’s technology to China, and other cheap labor countries, over the last 30 + years, or so, was a strategic capitalist plan to to take advantage of cheap labor and the rapidly rising Chinese markets. The result has been a reduction of the earning power, along with retired workers’ entitlements — benefits — of American workers. According to Dr. Wolff, this is normal capitalist operating procedure… Your thoughts?
